Privacy notice
Applies to this website. Last reviewed September 2026.
Pending items. SkillBison’s business entity is still being formed. Until it is, this notice does not name a registered company, a registered address or a named data-protection contact, and it does not make promises about certifications we do not hold. Those sections will be completed and reviewed before this site is opened to the public or any real customer data is accepted.
What we collect on this site
Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, your company name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, your trade, the number of trucks you run, times that suit you and any notes. Your browser’s time zone is recorded so we can offer times that make sense for you.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. We record which buttons are pressed and on which page, with no personal information attached and no way to link it back to you.
Why we collect it
To contact you about a demo, and to understand which parts of the site people find useful. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Who can see it
Demo requests are stored in our database with access closed by default. No website visitor can read them, and they are not exposed through any public interface. They are read by the people at SkillBison who respond to demo requests.
Our website and database are hosted by third-party infrastructure providers who process the data on our instructions. A complete list of those providers will be published here before public launch.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@skillbison.com.
The product, as opposed to this site
The SkillBison application is a development build. It contains only made-up companies and made-up customers. We do not accept real customer, employee, payment or banking data at this stage. That is a rule we hold ourselves to, not a limitation of the software. When that changes, this notice will be rewritten and reviewed first.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will say so here with the date. Questions: contact us.
